A Message From One Founder To Another

Written on a slow night in Kanpur, by someone who is still figuring most of this out too.

Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh — 10 August 2026

Dear Founder,

It's past midnight and I'm still awake, going through tomorrow's client calls one more time. If you're reading this at a similar hour, on a similar kind of night — you already know the feeling I'm writing from. The one where the business is yours, so every problem is yours too, and there's no one to hand it to at 6 PM.

I didn't start Pixel Majesto because I had it figured out. I started it in my final year of college, after a stretch working as a social media executive, watching small business owners get sold big promises by agencies that never once asked what their business actually needed. I remember thinking — someone should just be honest with these people. So I decided that someone would be me.

What we actually do: Pixel Majesto is a digital marketing agency based in Kanpur, India, working with small and mid-sized businesses across Kanpur, Lucknow, Noida and Kolkata. We handle SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, web design and social media management — not with big-agency budgets or borrowed case studies, but with a founder who still personally reads every brief.

I'm not going to sit here and tell you we've changed a thousand businesses overnight, because that's exactly the kind of line that made me distrust agencies in the first place. What I can tell you is this: I answer my own client messages. I still lose sleep over a campaign that isn't converting. And I built this agency the way I'd want to be treated if I were the one hiring — slowly, honestly, one real result at a time.
